Chinese Gallery Bridges

Gallery bridge or bridge gallery is a remarkable signs of Chinese gardens. Uaually, it consists of several eight-square or hexagon pavilions connected by sections of covered bridge. Its upmost art value is colorful lacquer drawing on the inner surface of wooden top. The most famous example of this gallery architecture is in Summer Palace in Beijing.
