16-Day Ancient Wonders Discovery

Day 1 Entry Beijing (D)

Upon you arrive at the Beijing Capital International Airport our native guide will meet you by holding your name sign (with CFT on). Then you will be picked up to the hotel. The rest of the day is your leisure time.

Day 2Beijing (B L D)

Visit the Forbidden City (Imperial Palace), Tiananmen Square in the morning. After lunch, go on to visit the Summer Palace. After dinner, experience local culture at the Beijing Opera, including a behind-the-scenes look at the colorful make-up being applied to the performers.

Day 3 Beijing (B, L, D)

After breakfast, take your special bus to visit the Sacred Way (Ming Tombs), next drive straight to the Mutianyu Great Wall (about 1hour drive) and mount to its best section where the Great Wall is well preserved and walk along the wall to enjoy sweeping vistas of this mammoth fortress . In the evening, enjoy the Beijing Duck Dinner at one of the famous Quanjude roast duck restaurants.

Note:the Mutianyu Great Wall is a steep section of the wall. Here you have the option of taking the Cable car to the highest point or down to the foot in a few minutes instead of climbing over 1,400 steps, while you can have a better bird's-eye view of the wall.

Day 4 Beijing/Xi'an (B, D)

This morning you will visit the Beijing lanes (Hutong) by rickshaw then take the afternoon flight to city of Xi'an in central China. You are met at the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport by the Xi'an local guide with your name sign, and then be collected to the hotel. Tonight, enjoy the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show, featuring a colorful assemblage of classical music and dance performances.

Day 5 Xi'an (B, L, D)

Have a full day tour to the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Xi'an Beilin Museum, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.After that, you end your day dining in a restaurant that serves Cantonese cuisine.

Day 6 Xi'an (B, L)

Today, go on a visit to the Huaqing Hot Spring, Bell Tower, and the Ancient City Wall. The evening is on your own arrangement. (We suggest you to explore the night of Xi'an or go to taste the flavorous local food in the Huimin Street (Muslim Quarter).

Day 7 Xi'an/Hangzhou (B, L, D)

After Breakfast, you are collected to the airport for the flight to Hangzhou. When arrive in the picturesque city you are met at the airport by the Hangzhou local guide. The rest of the day, you will go on your sightseeing of the Pagoda of Six Harmonies and Lingyin Temple.

Day 8 Hangzhou/Wuzhen/Suzhou (B, L, D)

Today, you will enjoy a leisurely morning cruise on the West Lake and view Three Pools Mirroring the Moon (aka Three Moon Reflection Island) prior to traveling by motorcoach to Wuzhen. After finishing the visit to Wuzhen, continue on to Suzhou.

Day 9 Suzhou (B, L)

Enjoy a leisurely morning cruise on the Grand Canal, then visit Pan Gate (Panmen), the Master Fishing Net and the No.1 Silk Factory. Continue by motorcoach (or train) to Shanghai.

Day 10 Shanghai (B, L)

Have a full day sightseeing of the Yu Garden, Yuyuan Market; Jade Buddha Temple; and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The evening is given you to enjoy Shanghai city, you can shop some of the 400 stores on Nanjing Road and the famous Friendship Store on the Bund, or cruise on the Huangpu River to see the city night scene (optional tour), or be amazed at the fabulous acrobatic show (optional tour).

Day 11 Shanghai/Guilin (B, L)

Today you will visit the Shanghai Museum and the Bund, and then be driven to the airport to take the afternoon flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival at the airport, the experienced Guilin tour guide will meet you with your name sign. Then be picked up to the hotel, the guide will confirm your itinerary and recommend some famous restaurants to you.

Day 12 Guilin / Li River Cruise/Yangshuo/Guilin (B, L, D)

After breakfast, the driver and guide will take you to the Zhujiang Pier to cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo, it will take you 3-4 hours to enjoy the most beautiful karst landscape in the world. And you will have lunch on board and disembark in Yangshuo town. After visit the West Streets, you will drive back to Guilin to your hotel to have dinner and then enjoy the Cormorants Catching Fish on the Li River.

Day 13 Guilin / Hong Kong (B, L)

Today, you will visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. After lunch, your guide will accompany you to the airport for flight to Hong Kong.

Day 14 Hong Kong (B, L)

Today your will have a full day sightseeing, including the Victoria Peak; Aberdeen; Stanley Market; Repulse Bay

Day 15 Hong Kong (B)

It is your free day to explore the modern Hong Kong--the Shopping Paradise.

Day 16

Today, you will be escorted to the Hong Kong International Airport to take your homebound flight.

·Hotel Accomodation-the hotel accommodation is based on two persons sharing one twin room with private facilities.
·All transportation, transfers and tours with private guide and car or van in each destination.

·Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks, telex, optional activities or sightseeing, telephone calls or overweight baggage charges or meals not indicated etc.
·The airport construction tax.

·The hotel, guide and transfer are all based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone, he or she must pay for the other person. This additional charge is called single supplement.

· If the traveler number is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...), the odd number person who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. Since the hotel is on the double occupancy.
