16-Day Yangtze Cruise Experience

Day 1 Entry Beijing (no meals)

Upon your arrival at the Beijing Capital International Airport, our native guide will meet you by holding our CFT sign (with your names on). Then you are picked up to your hotel, the guide will confirm your itinerary and recommend you some famous restaurants. The remainder of the day is for your own leisure.

Day 2Beijing (B L D)

Make a full-day visit to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City (Ancient Palace), and the Temple of Heaven. After completing the day sightseeing, you will enjoy the Beijing Roast Duck Dinner at the Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant.

Day 3 Beijing (B, L, D)
 

After breakfast, take your special bus (about 40 minutes drive) to visit Bdaling Great Wall. Then lunch at a local popular Sichuan food restaurant, and drive straight to visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tombs. After dinner, enjoy the wonderful Kungfu Show which is applauded madly in the Red Theater.

Day 4 Beijing/Xi'an (B, D)

This morning you will visit the Beijing lanes (Hutong) by rickshaw then take the afternoon flight to city of Xi'an in central China. You are met at the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport by the Xi'an local guide with your name sign, and then be collected to the hotel. Tonight, enjoy the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show, featuring a colorful assemblage of classical music and dance performances.

Day 5 Xi'an (B, L, D)

Have a full day tour to the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Xi'an Beilin Museum, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.After that, you end your day dining in a restaurant that serves Cantonese cuisine.

Day 6 Xi'an/Chongqing (B, L)
 

Go on a visit to the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, Bell Tower, and the Ancient City Wall, then take a late afternoon flight to Chongqing and be convoyed to board on a 4 star cruise ship.

Day 7 Yangtze Cruise/Fengdu Excursion (B, L, D)

The cruise ship departs at 9:00 am, when reach Fengdu, you will have a special shore excursion.

Day 8 Yangtze Cruise (B, L, D)

Go on cruise to have a shore excursion to the Shennong Stream or Lesser Three Gorges. (Note: to Shennong Stream or Lesser Three Gorges, depends on the travel route of the ship, different ship has different route on the two destinations)

Day 9 Yangzte Cruise/Yichang/Shanghai (B, L)

Have shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam, disembark and be met (at the causeway) at Yichang, then transfer to airport for flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival at the shanghai Hongqiao Airport, you are met by the guide with your name sign (with CFT on), and then be driven to the hotel.

Day 10 Shanghai (B, L)

After breakfast, pay a visit to the Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

Day 11 Shanghai/Guilin (B, L)

Trip to the nearby ancient water town—Zhujia Jiao, then drive back to Shanghai to visit the Bund, and then transfer to Hongqiao Airport for flight to Guilin. Upon you arrive at the Guilin Liangjiang International Airport you will be met by the local guide with your name sign (with CFT on), then be picked up to your hotel.

Day 12 Guilin/Yangshuo (B, L)

This morning, you will take the special car to the Zhujiang Pier to have a leisurely cruise down the Li River to view the stunning Karst landscape (Lunch on Board). After boarding on Yangshuo, you will be driven to the hotel and then have one hour free for shopping on the West Street of Yangshuo. Stay overnight at Yangshuo.

Day 13 Yangshuo (B, L)
 

Cycling to the countryside accompanied by your private guide, then bamboo rafting down the Yu Long River, then lunch at a famous local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will have a cooking course (for your dinner) to learn how to cook Chinese food in an authentic countryside farmhouse.

Day 14 Yangshuo/Guilin/Hong Kong (B, L)

Drive back to Guilin for a visit of the Reed Flute Cave. After lunch, go to walk around the beautiful lakes in the city centre. Then head for the Liangjiang International Airport to fly to Hong Kong. Upon your arrival at the Hong Kong International Airport you will be met and escorted to your hotel.

Day 15 Hong Kong (B)

After breakfast, visit the Victoria Peak, Aberdeen and Repulse Bay

Remainder of the day is your free time to explore the modern Hong Kong--the Shopping Paradise.

Day 16 Hong Kong/ Departure (B)

Transfer to the Hong Kong International Airport for your homebound flight.

·The hotel, guide and transfer are all based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone, he or she must pay for the other person. This additional charge is called single supplement.

· If the traveler number is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...), the odd number person who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. Since the hotel is on the double occupancy.
