UNWTO/PATA Forum on Tourism Trends and Outlook Hold in Guilin

The People’s Government of Guilin with the support of the China National Tourism Administration, The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and Pacific Asia Tourism Association (PATA) in collaboration with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University will hold the UNWTO/PATA Forum on Tourism Trends and Outlook in Guilin from Oct. 26 to Oct. 28 this year, Guilin on an annual basis. The philosophy of staging such an event is to provide an opportunity for policy makers, senior officials, researchers and industry representatives to take stock of the global and regional trends in tourism and the broader environment impacting on tourism. The past 4 forums have attracted university professors, industry representatives and tourism experts from countries and regions all over the world including Australia, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Samoa, South Korea, Thailand, United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Macao.
