Service End

Hello Fisher,

Sorry for not replaying to you earlier. we came home from China last week and I started work today so now we are back in business.

We are very satisfied with our tour to Chengdu. the best with choosing you waws that we where able to make and own progreamme together with you. Then we could design as many days as we wanted. Overall the tour was good, but I have some comments.

The first. We were not satisfied with change of the tour guide. Mary was VERY good, knew a lot, telling us all the time but not so much that you become tired, very polite, nice, good in English, listened to what we wanted. We really did not understand why she hade to finish before our tour was ready. She knew that she should be our guide for 8 days. We were not satisfied with the new guide. He did not give us so much information and he did not follow us all way up to Qingsheng mountain. We had to go ourselves. Then we did not get information about the tempel up there. He was good at Mah jong. That we did like.

We would really like you to give our thanks to the driver. Even if the traffic is very hectic in China and there are cars all over, we never felt unsafe with her. She was very good. Please use her often in your programs.

Often when we travel we like to eat at local restaurants. We felt a little like the choice of the resaturants and the food where made for americans. They do not like so spicy food, but Europeands do. So the food was good but not spicy at all. Maybe very spicy food is too much, but a little more than this is ok, I think. Often we sat at restaurant with no other people. We like to be very the chinice people also eat.

Thank you also for beeing so patient with me when making the program.

I will keep your adress, and maybe when we go next time I will contact you. If that is ok?

Regards

Ewa

NOTE: This feedback is very special for us. We daringly post it here just for reminding us that upgrade service consciousness and service level is our sole aim. It was from our 5 clients (one from Finland, the others from Sweden). They toured Chengdu for 10 days in late June, 2010. We changed their guide because the guide's mother died during their tour. Here we have to say sorry agian to our clients. We thank them for their valuable feedback, it will help us improve our future service.
