Hi Cathy,

Sorry we have not replied before but I was locked out of my mail account, and have only just managed to get into it.

Our holiday was just great, and everything went like clockwork. We were collected on time at each city and the guides provided were very knowledgable. They

made the trips very interesting and they managed to answer most of our many questions. At the end of the trip they felt more like friends.

The intinerary was perfect for the time we had, and not too rushed considering the number of places we visited. The weather was also great so I would

thoroughly recommend October as a good time of year to visit. The hotels selected were all excellent, as were the tours in each city + the Yangtze river

cruise. So many wonderful sights and memories.

We did try and learn a little Chinese but have probably forgotten most of it now.

Terry and I were very happy to meet you in Guilin and I can say that you, your company and the guides gave us a wonderful insight into your fascinating

country and we would definately recommend your services to our colleagues and friends.

James, we all had a great time as usual. The whole group thought that the trip was wonderful and Rebecca was great.

These are the things that we noticed and that we really appreciated:

1) retreived passport from the airplane that was left behind upon arrival
2) after getting everyone settled into Yangshou Resort she went back to the bike vendor and retreived a camera case that had been left and returned it that evening
3) made each stop along the way easy and hassle free
4) was flexible when asked to stop for bathroom breaks
5) every meal that was ordered by Rebecca was delicious and she paid special attention to everyones needs
6) Rebecca added the Pearl Museum when she saw that we had extra time
7) made our flight out of Guilin very easy by calling with our passport information to make our departure less cumbersome
8) Rebecca had a great personality and was easy to talk to
9) Rebecca's english was very good

We also felt that Peter did a awesome job driving the vehicle. We always felt safe and secure and the best part was that he had a great smile too.

Hi Fisher,

The trip was very well organised and both me and my friends felt very well looked after.

All appointments were kept with regards to pick ups, hotel arrangements etc.

The guide in Huangshan was very pleasant and helpful.

I can thus not put my finger on anything that cold be improved.
