We are almost home. Again thank you for all. Jessica in Shanghai and Danny in Huangzhou were really nice to us. They speak very good English and all the time they took very good care of us. The drivers did a good job and the food was excellent. you country is very beautiful and I am  sure I will recommend your services again. When I get home we will send you some pictures to you.

We would like to thank you for your excellent service as our Tour Operator in China.  We had a fabulous time and we would certainly recommend you to other tourists who are visiting China.

Our trip was quite focused on tea and tea culture. When we wanted to make any changes to our itinerary (even whilst in China) or any minor difficulties arose, you were most efficient at sorting this out.  Our emails were always answered promptly and in a friendly way.

Once in China, the organisation was very smooth.  The guides were always prompt and polite and the cars were well kept. The guides worked very hard to make contact with local tea farmers and manufacturers, and all helped us with translation and were enthusiastic to share the tea culture with us.  We enjoyed our ‘break’ from tea in Guilin, and it was good to meet you and your colleague Michael from China Fact Tours for dinner.  Over dinner we learned a lot about the tea culture and it was very good of your colleague to make an introduction for us at a local tea shop.

We are planning to return to China in the future and China Fact Tours would be our first choice as a Tour Operator.

I just returned to Guangzhou from the trip with Patty Hennessey and friends to Chengdu.  I wanted to write to you and tell you how wonderful everything was on this trip.  I also wanted to thank you for arranging such a great tour, and to tell you how great Mary was as a guide. 
 
The events were scheduled appropriately for the time we had, and we enjoyed it all very much.  (The only complaint I have is that we could not take more time from work and Guangzhou to stay longer and see more -- 3 days is just not enough time when there is so much to see and do!)  But we were able to see and do so many things in a short time, thanks to careful and thoughtful planning on your thought. 
 
I also want to mention that our guide was great!  Mary is lovely, very enthusiastic, full of knowledge about the area and history, and was very patient and flexible with us when necessary -- like allowing us to add events like the Sichuan opera to our trip, at the last minute!  She also answered many of our questions about language, culture and food, so it felt like we got so much from the trip, in addition to the events and sites.  I felt very lucky that we had someone like her as a guide.  Please let her know how much better the trip was because we had her with us!
 
I know from my prior experience with your company in Guilin/Yangshuo/Longji Rice Terraces last autumn that your company is exceptional when it comes to providing customer service.  This is another reason I was happy to join Patty on this tour, because I trust your company to do a great job.  And you and Mary once again succeeded in pleasing all of us!
