Guangdong Travel Tips

Getting Guangdong & Away
Guangdong is well connected to the rest of China by bus, plane and train. The easiest entry/exit point to/from the province is Kong Kong via MTR.

Getting Around Guangdong
Guangdong is crisscrossed with a vast network of rail and raod lines, making travelling around the province very easy. Trains run north through Shaoguan and onwards to Hunan province, east to Sahntou and Fujian province, and west through Zhaoqing to Guangxi procince, while the newly-run high-speed railway between Guangzhou and Wuhan makes your travel to Hunan and Hubei provincies more economically, easily and quickly, Hydrofoils also run between the Pearl River delta region and Kong Kong. Frequent buses run to all these locations and more, but are less comfortable than trains. For real speed, there are flights between all major cities in the region.
